What's in the Blueprint Assessment

A complete picture of how your body is working right now — measured, interpreted by our full team, and turned into a plan you can follow.

Ninety minutes of objective testing, preceded by comprehensive intake and full lab work. Then your team meets to interpret everything together and build your plan. You come back for three hours to go through all of it, specialist by specialist.

$1,750, labs included.

What it takes

ENROLLMENT

You're booked and set up with a HIPAA-compliant Practice Better account

All four of us sit down with your results together: exercise physiology, functional nutrition, mindfulness, and coaching. We work through what the data says as a whole, where the pieces connect, and what your wellness picture needs. Your plan is built in that meeting. It's the part you never see, and it's why the plan holds together.

Your panel is included in the assessment fee and ordered for you. Schedule your draw at any Labcorp location as soon as you're able. Your interpretation meeting is scheduled once your results arrive, so the sooner you go, the sooner we meet.

Comprehensive, and genuinely worth the time. Your history, medications, symptoms, sleep, stress, nutrition patterns, and goals are what let us read your physical results in context rather than in isolation. Numbers without your story are just numbers.

BETWEEN VISITS — YOUR TEAM MEETS

Each member of your team meets with you in turn to walk through their portion of your results and your plan. Same plan throughout — everyone you talk to already knows what the others found. You leave with it in hand.

VISIT TWO — INTERPRETATION AND PLAN, 3 HOURS

Includes your full Labcorp panel — there's no separate lab bill. The Blueprint Assessment is a standalone engagement and is not applied toward membership tiers. It's built to stand on its own — you leave with a plan you can follow whether or not you continue with us.

INBODY

Body composition — muscle mass, body fat, and how they're distributed, measured separately rather than collapsed into one number on a scale.

What this gives you: the number that actually matters for the next thirty years. Muscle mass is what protects your strength, your metabolism, and your independence. This tells you whether you're building it or quietly losing it.

KINOTEK

A LiDAR camera captures your range of motion and flexibility limitations across a standard set of movement patterns — measured, not eyeballed.

What this gives you: an objective read on where you're restricted or compensating. This is what determines whether training strengthens your joints or aggravates them, and it turns "my back bothers me" into something specific enough to actually address.

PNOE — RESTING METABOLIC RATE

Your metabolism is measured directly through your breath, not estimated from a formula based on your height and weight.

What this gives you: the foundation every nutrition target is built on. Without it, calorie and protein recommendations are educated guesses. With it, they're yours.

PNOE — VO2MAX OR AMR

A breath-by-breath analysis of how your body produces and uses energy under effort. VO2max where a maximal test is appropriate; a submaximal AMR assessment where it isn't.

What this gives you: your true aerobic capacity — one of the most consistently studied markers in longevity research — plus your actual training zones. You stop guessing at intensity and stop spending effort in zones that aren't doing what you think they're doing.

STRENGTH ASSESSMENT

Baseline strength across the major muscle groups, measured on gym equipment.

What this gives you: where you stand today, and the specific numbers we'll re-test to prove the plan is working.

PLUS, YOUR LABS AND YOUR INTAKE

What these give you: the internal picture and the personal one. Your bloodwork shows what's happening beneath the measurements; your intake explains why. Together they're what turns five test results into one coherent read on your health.

What we measure — and what each one gives you

Five assessments, in this order, in 90 minutes.

• A complete objective baseline across body composition, movement, metabolism, cardiovascular fitness, strength, and bloodwork

• A plain-language interpretation of every measure, delivered in person by the specialist who owns it

• A written plan covering exercise, nutrition, and stress and recovery — prioritized and sequenced, not everything at once

• The specific markers we'll re-test to confirm progress

• Questions worth bringing to your physician

What you leave with

PHYSICIAN PARAGRAPH:

If you were referred by your physician — or if you'd like us to coordinate — we send structured updates to your care team through an agreed process, under a signed BAA. Your doctor stays the medical authority. You stop being the one carrying information between offices.

Measurement is the easy part. Anyone can hand you numbers. What almost no one does is put four specialists around your results before you arrive — so what you get isn't four sets of recommendations to reconcile on your own. It's one plan, built by a team that already worked out how your training, nutrition, stress, and habits need to fit together.

Ninety minutes of testing. Three hours of interpretation. That ratio is deliberate.
